Hotel Terrano Concepcion

This place was an excellent base for exploring the area, the rooms were spacious, and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

Must say thanks, would definitely stop here again. I would say it's fantastic base for staying and exploring Concepcion. The hotel has a nice restaurant.

The staff were friendly and the room was clean and spacious, providing us with comfortable beds. The transportation was very accessible, with local buses available just two streets behind the hotel. Lastly, there were a variety of restaurants and places to shop in the area.

Everything was good during 3 days, thoroughly enjoyed its excellent location close to the city center and restaurants and the centre.

Spent my Xmas here and it was incredible! The staff was very friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The breakfast was beyond expectations, with a variety of tasty options. The location was perfect - close to all the shops and restaurants, and easy access to public transportation. We also enjoyed the spacious and clean rooms with comfortable beds. The facilities were well-maintained and clean, which made our stay very enjoyable.

The lack of a fridge in the room, which was inconvenient during the hot weather. The restaurant was quite expensive and the food was not great, so we ended up eating out most of the time.

the room and bathroom were clean and comfortable, with hot water and good pressure. Staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful, even assisting me with phone calls. Breakfast was basic but sufficient. the hotel also provided Wi-Fi in the lobby, and computers for online use. the location was close to the city center, making it easy to navigate around the area. the hotel had a good security system.

The hotel lacked a fridge in the room which was a bit inconvenient especially during hot weather.

The location of this hotel is excellent, right in the heart of the city. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance, making it convenient to find a place to eat. The staff here is friendly and accommodating, and they even allowed me to extend my stay at the same price. The room itself was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed and a well-maintained bathroom. I also appreciated the variety of amenities offered, such as a terrace and free toiletries.

I highly recommend this hotel to families.

Stayed here during Christmas and had a great time. the location couldn't have been more perfect, as it was close to all the major attractions. the staff was friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast was amazing. They had a variety of foods to choose from, including fresh fruit and delicious pastries. the room was spacious and clean, and the bed was comfortable. the hotel also had good Wi-Fi that was easy to connect to.
